Aurizon wrap up Aquila takeover

The
A$1.4bn Chinese-state backed takeover of Australian miner Aquila Resources is
all but complete.Chinese-state backed Baosteel Resources and its Aussie partner
Aurizon Operations announced they have now attained a 90 per cent interest in
the company, enabling them to exercise their right to compulsorily acquire the
remaining shares.
